Monitor
Configuration for what to check and how often. Choose URL checks or pings from your app.

Incident
A record opened when something is wrong. URL monitors open after three failed attempts 5 seconds apart; heartbeat monitors open when a ping is overdue. Closes automatically on recovery.

Notification
Messages sent to connected channels (Slack, KakaoTalk, etc.) when incidents open or recover.
