Terms of Service

vibePulse provides uptime monitoring for HTTP endpoints and heartbeat jobs, incident tracking, notifications, and related features. Features and quotas depend on your subscription plan.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and organization.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

• Do not use vibePulse to monitor systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass quotas, or access other users' data.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use notifications to spam third parties.

Paid plans are billed through Polar. Prices, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout and in in-app plan-change previews apply to your subscription.

• Upgrades: The higher plan applies immediately after you confirm. A prorated charge for the remaining days in your current billing period may be invoiced right away, crediting what you already paid for your current plan. From your next renewal date, the full monthly price of the new plan is charged.
• Downgrades: You keep your current plan's features and limits for the rest of the billing period you already paid for. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period (the transition date shown in the app), when the lower plan's price, features, and limits apply.
• Cancellation: If you schedule cancellation, you retain paid-plan access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the Free plan.
• Account deletion: When you delete your account, you are signed out immediately. Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period (cancel-at-period-end). Personal data and organization resources are permanently deleted 7 days after the subscription period ends, or 7 days after a deletion request on the Free plan. After that purge completes, you may sign up again with the same email as a new account; previous data is not restored.
• Plan changes may change monitoring features, quotas, and notification options. If usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, it may be adjusted when the downgrade takes effect.
• Proration amounts and effective dates are ultimately determined by Polar's billing rules and the payment result. In-app preview amounts are estimates for guidance only.

We strive for reliable monitoring but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every outage will be detected instantly. vibePulse is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your production systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goodtek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of vibePulse, including missed alerts or downtime of your services.

You may stop using the service at any time. While signed in, open the Terms page and expand the Danger zone at the bottom to delete your account. Deletion is irreversible after the retention period described in section 4 and the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
